Named “Best of Charleston - Historic Renovation”, The Monroe On Spring is a fabulous example of a complete interior renovation, led and designed by Demilio Design. This captivating five-bedroom, four-bathroom property, took the concept of historic restoration to the next level. In addition to all new furnishings and fixtures, Demilio Design focused on expanding the property’s rental potential through bespoke bunk rooms, elevated and playful mid-century finishes, and highlighting the original and reclaimed elements of the over 130-year-old home.
